Your information

We collect your name, phone number, Malaysian delivery address, postcode, chosen products, optional social handle, campaign agreement and payment proof to verify payment, record the agreement to post after receipt, fulfil orders and contact you about your purchase. Delivery details may be shared with the courier. Payment proofs and order records are restricted to authorised order administrators.

Community pricing

This is closed early access. In return for community pricing, you agree at checkout to post your shirt on social media to promote ZERO after receiving it, and tag @by.zeroproject. No post or post link is required before purchasing. Community prices are RM50 for short sleeve, RM55 for long sleeve and RM60 for long sleeve Mandarin zip. Regular prices are RM65, RM70 and RM75 respectively.

Postage and availability

Postage is RM10 per order for one or two shirts, with free postage for any three or more shirts in one order. This release is limited to 10 submitted buyer orders. An active reservation holds one place for 20 minutes. Do not transfer money after it expires. Payment is verified manually; submission is not payment approval. Your promotional post is due after you receive the shirt.

Release and delivery

The public release is 30 October 2026. This date is not a promised dispatch or delivery date. Community orders dispatch within one week of payment verification; courier delivery time is additional. Available sizes: S, M, L, XL and 2XL. Current AI-generated product previews may differ from the physical product.

Questions and corrections

For address corrections, access or deletion requests, payment issues, cancellations or refunds, contact @by.zeroproject on Instagram. Keep your order reference. If you paid after a reservation expired, contact us before trying another order.
